As part of Year 2’s Big Learning Question, ‘What was life like when Queen Elizabeth II first sat on the throne?’, pupils wrote formal letters to the Queen.
In the letters, they told her what they were studying at the moment, and asked her questions about her time as Queen.
They were lucky enough to get a reply, which the pupils were really excited about! Year 2 are feeling very proud and the letter is now being displayed in their classroom.
