Deputy Cluster Leader

The 2gether Cluster are looking to appoint a Deputy Cluster Leader to work within a multi-agency team based at CATCH working alongside cluster staff and other professionals.
The 2gether cluster works with 10 primary and 2 through schools in Meanwood, Chapel Allerton, Chapeltown and Harehills providing support for pupils and their families.
You will work with the Cluster Leader and provide leadership and direction to a staff team in order to establish and sustain an environment of challenge and support. To work with the 2gether cluster of schools and other partners to develop partnership working to meet the needs of children, young people and their families along with working to Cluster and Children Services priorities
The overall purpose of Targeted Services is to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people at risk of becoming looked after, entering custody, not engaging in education, employment or training and those children and young people who are persistently absent from learning environments.
The post holder will support work on targeted interventions at a cluster level to contribute to the outcomes of Leeds Children and Young People’s Plan and our shared vision to create a child friendly city.
Through the effective deployment of local resources Deputy Cluster Leader will ensure that services to children, young people and their families at greatest risk of poor outcomes are delivered through coordinated packages of support.
The Deputy Cluster Leader will work with Cluster Leader and other colleagues in cluster settings to draw on the best of integrated working practice.
The Deputy Cluster Leader will demonstrate a high level of skill in the engagement of families and ensure services are delivered with a whole family approach.

This role is based in the UK.
