We are now looking to appoint a Finance Administrator who has the tenacity, skills and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment and enhance our busy support teams.

The successful candidate will have Maths and English GCSE, grade C/5 or above (or equivalent), strong IT skills, well developed organisational and communication skills and a basic understanding of child development and learning strategies. The ability to utilise the full range of Microsoft applications and ideally be able to use Leeds Financial Management System (FMS) and a good understanding of school systems, including SIMS and procedures would be preferable.

The postholder will be expected to undertake a wide range of duties including: – raising orders and processing invoices on the FMS system; dealing with a variety of cash transactions; pupil and visitor reception; minute taking; preparing complex correspondence and mailshots and other key documentation for the school and supporting the wider partnership at Carr Manor Community School and Leeds Learning Alliance.
