Dear families,

Year 10 Family Consultation Evening: Wednesday 6th May 2026, 3:30pm–7:00pm

I am writing to invite you to our Year 10 Family Consultation Evening, which will take place on Wednesday 6th May, from 3:30pm to 7:00pm, in school.

This event is a valuable opportunity for you to meet your child’s subject teachers, discuss their current progress and explore ways to support their learning and development.

We are trialling a new approach where instead of pre-booked appointments, staff will be available throughout the evening for families to meet with subject teachers as and when availability allows. We hope that this enables families to arrange their time more effectively and minimise timing clashes.

On the reverse of this letter, you will find a list of Year 10 teaching staff who will be available for appointments during the evening.
