The wearing of school uniform ensures a community feel throughout school.

Pre-School Uniform

Pre-School uniform can be purchased throughout the year from the main reception. The items listed below are required, unless stated otherwise.

The following prices are the items sold exclusively at Carr Manor Community School; all other items can be purchased from other retailers.

  • Red Carr Manor Pre-School polo shirt (£10.50)
  • Grey Carr Manor Pre-School jumper or grey Carr Manor Pre-School cardigan (£11)
  • Black trousers/dress/shorts/skirt or a dress in red (these can be worn all year round and are not restricted by seasons)
  • Plain black/white/grey socks Supportive black shoes, appropriate for outdoor use
  • No jewellery, except for one plain stud in each ear

  • Water bottle (£2.50)
  • Sun hat (£3.50)

Primary Phase Uniform

Primary Phase uniform and PE kit can be purchased throughout the year from the main reception. The items listed below are required, unless stated otherwise.

The following prices are the items sold exclusively at Carr Manor Community School; all other items can be purchased from other retailers.

  • For Reception – Year 4, grey Carr Manor jumper (32″ & below: £11, 34″ & above: £12) or grey Carr Manor cardigan (32″ & below: £12, 34″ & above: £14)
  • For Years 5 & 6, black Carr Manor jumper (£12.50) or black Carr Manor cardigan (£12.50)
  • Black trousers/dress/shorts/skirt, or a dress in the relevant House colour (these can be worn all year round and are not restricted by seasons)
  • Plain black/white/grey socks
  • Supportive black shoes, appropriate for outdoor use
  • No jewellery, except for one plain stud in each ear

Secondary Phase Uniform

Secondary Phase uniform can be purchased throughout the year from the main reception. PE kit can be purchased from a member of staff in the PE office (Block C). The items listed below are required, unless stated otherwise.

The following prices are the items sold exclusively at Carr Manor Community School; all other items can be purchased from other retailers.

  • White collared shirt
  • Black Carr Manor jumper or cardigan (£12.50)
  • Black CMCS blazer – this is optional (£28-32.50)
  • School tie in House colour (£4)
  • Black, appropriate-length skirt, with black tights
  • Black trousers (no jeans, jeggings, leggings, trousers with studs, or cargo trousers)
  • No shorts/trousers to be worn underneath school trousers
  • All black footwear (preferably shoes)
  • No facial piercings, earrings to be one pair of studs only
  • Necklaces may be worn underneath school uniform
  • Black headscarf/patka/turban if required
  • False eyelashes are not permitted

Prices for individual items are shown on the order form collected from the PE office.

Tops:

  • Black Carr Manor short sleeve top (£8.50/£9)
  • Black Carr Manor jacket – half-zip (£15 junior / £17 senior) optional but advised for the colder weather

Bottoms (these can be purchased from other sport retailers if preferred):

  • Black shorts (available in two different lengths from Carr Manor, (£7.50/£8)
  • Black skort (£11)
  • Black tracksuit bottoms (£13.50)
  • Black sports leggings (£10.50)

Footwear:

  • Trainers (with non-marking soles)
  • Football boots and black football socks (if possible, for rugby and football)
  • 3G boots (optional for use on the astro turf)

  • Black Blazer (£28-32.50)
  • Black Carr Manor jacket for PE (recommended for the colder weather) – half-zip (£15 junior / £17 senior)
